How does onboarding work?
Subscribe to a plan and we'll quickly add you to your very own Trello board. This process usually takes about an hour to complete from the time you subscribe. Once you accept the invite to Trello, you're ready to rock.
Further instructions on how to use the Trello board to request designs can be found on the board itself.
How fast will I receive my work?
On average, most requests are completed in just two business days or less. However, more complex requests can take longer.
Who are the developers?
Ghous Studio is a one-man agency, run entirely by Ghous, the founder. No other developers are hired, no work is outsourced, ever. From the first task to the last line of code! you're working directly with the person actually building your product.
Is there a limit to how many requests I can make?
Nope! Send as many as you want — web apps, mobile apps, desktop apps, AI stuff, random ideas you had at 3AM.
I'll go through them one by one like a very patient machine.
How does the pause feature work?
You can pause your subscription anytime directly from the customer portal. Future payments stop while paused.
No awkward emails, no explaining yourself. Just pause, come back later, and keep shipping.
How do you handle larger requests?
Large projects are broken down into smaller milestones and built step by step. You'll see steady progress every 24–48 hours until everything is complete.
What's your tech stack?
React, Next.js, Node.js, React Native, Electron, Tailwind CSS, PostgreSQL, Supabase, Firebase, and AI tools.
If it runs on the web, mobile, desktop, or AI — I've probably built it.
How will I request work?
Through a shared Trello board. Submit requests directly, attach Google Docs, wireframes, or record a Loom video. If it can be linked inside Trello, it's good to go.
What if I don't like the work?
No worries! We'll keep refining until you're fully satisfied.
Are there any refunds?
Due to the high quality nature of the work, there will be no refunds issued past the first week of service. No refunds for completed work.
